Thesis: Holographic Microscopy for Soft Matter and Biophysics

Here is my thesis (this post is backdated to the date on my thesis, because why not). Eventually this should be on Harvard’s DASH repository, but since that is taking forever to post, I am putting it up here (large pdf warning):

Holographic Microscopy for Soft Matter and Biophysics

It mostly consists of my published papers so it may be a bit heavy for anyone who does not have a bit of background in physics, but at least the introductions to the thesis and each chapter should be fairly readable.

And if you want it, here is the LaTeX Source. Might be useful if you are writing a thesis at Harvard in the not too distant future, or if you want the source files for any of the figures.
